FB3000 Stretch Hooder

The FB3000 Stretch Hooder is engineered to provide flexible and adaptable packaging solutions. Equipped with an integrated Cartesian system for film stretching, it can accommodate a wide range of load shapes and sizes.

The FB3000 features an innovative, patented head-lowering system that allows all maintenance and operational tasks to be performed at floor level. The cutting edge and sealing bar, or the film change station, can be lowered independently, enabling operators to perform necessary actions with maximum safety.

Its state-of-the-art film opening device allows the FB3000 to work with any stretch film type or thickness, from 20 to 200 microns, whether printed or unprinted. With a capacity of up to 80 loads per hour, the FB3000 automatically adjusts the hood size for each load, thanks to its integrated load dimension reader.

Offering a variety of hood finishing options, the FB3000 doesn’t just pack the load— it allows you to package it exactly how you want it.
