The MF 60 VACUUM vertical packaging machine is perfect for producing large formats with vacuum packaging.

This machine is especially suited for extending product shelf life while creating compact, uniform, and easy-to-handle bags.

The packages range in size from 330×400 mm up to 630×1080 mm, with weights between 5 and 50 kg.

It is a dependable and efficient machine, capable of producing 100-120 bags per hour with a single vacuum chamber.

Primarily used for packaging pet food, seeds, animal feed, and plastic granules, this machine offers flexibility through a range of accessories and dosing systems, tailored to the product and customer’s specific needs.

Bags are formed from a flat reel around a forming tube and are then thermally sealed.

Pulse sealing ensures the bags are formed and closed without altering the material, creating perfectly sealed bags for subsequent vacuum sealing.

The vacuum chamber, located outside the machine, can be configured with either a single or double chamber depending on bag size and production requirements.

Both the vacuum bell and forming tube are designed for fast and easy format changes.

Made from stainless steel, the machine allows the operator full control over the entire cycle via a convenient touchscreen panel.
