The MF 52 VACUUM vertical packing machine is specifically designed for small and medium-sized vacuum-filling packaging.

This machine is perfect if you need to extend the shelf life of your product while creating compact, easy-to-handle bags.

Packages can have a maximum size of 330 x 400 mm and a weight of up to 5 kg. Production rates vary depending on whether a single or double bell is used at the base of the machine.

With a single bell, production can reach 10 sacks per minute, while the double bell allows for up to 20 sacks per minute.

This model is particularly suited for packing products with good fluidity and grain size, such as coffee, rice, and dried fruit.

Bags are formed from flat reels and are perfectly sealed using a hot bar, enabling subsequent vacuum treatment.

Both the vacuum chamber and the forming tube are designed to make format changes quick and simple.

Versatile and adaptable to smaller spaces, the machine is entirely made of stainless steel.

It can be equipped with various dosing systems, depending on the product being packed and the customer’s specific requirements.

Thanks to the integrated touch screen panel, the operator has complete control over the entire production cycle.

These machines are fully designed, assembled, and tested at our production facilities in Italy.
