The MF 60 packaging machine is specifically designed for packaging large formats.

It can handle pillow, gusseted, and square-bottom bags.

The maximum bag dimensions are up to 630×1080 mm, with packages ranging from 5 to 50 kg.

This is a reliable, high-performance machine capable of producing up to 1,000 bags per hour.

It is particularly suited for handling pet food, feed, seed, and plastic granules.

Thanks to various weighing scales and a wide range of accessories, it is compatible with many different types of products.

Using a flat film reel, the machine forms the bag around a tube, then heat-seals it both vertically and horizontally, creating a hermetically sealed, three-seal package.

Two servo-controlled rubber belts, equipped with a self-centring device, pull the film down to the required bag length. At the same time, the dispensing unit releases the selected quantity of product into the bag.

The resulting package is compact and perfectly square in shape.

Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, the operator has full control of the entire operating cycle.

Advanced electronics allow precise monitoring of sealing parameters and bag length.

The formed bags are sealed with an impulse seal, closing the plastic horizontally and vertically without altering the material.

Interchangeable forming tubes allow for quick and easy format changes.
