MF 60 Vertical Packaging Machine

The MF 60 packaging machine is the specifically designed solution for packaging large formats.

It can handle pillow, gusseted and square-bottom bags.

The maximum bag dimensions are up to 630×1080 mm, with packages ranging from 5 to 50 kg.

It is particularly used in petfood, feed, seed and plastic granule handling.

In fact, the various kinds of weighing scales and the different types of applicable accessories allow for compatibility with different types of products.

Using a flat film reel, the bag is formed around the tube and then heat-sealed vertically and horizontally. The outcome is the creation of an hermetically sealed pack with three seals.

A couple of rubber belts, which are servo-controlled and equipped with a self-centring device, pull the film downwards for the desired length of the bag. At the same time, the dispensing unit unloads the selected amount of product into the bag.

The package, created in this way, has a compact and perfectly square design.

Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, the operator has complete control of the operating cycle.

In effect, first-rate electronics allow the various sealing parameters and the length of the bag to be monitored.

The formed bags are sealed with an impulse seal that horizontally and vertically closes the plastic without altering the material.

The presence of interchangeable forming tubes ensures quick format changes.
