One-hand operation with innovative two-button control for workpieces weighing up to 50 kg

With the JumboFlex vacuum tube lifter, you can move lighter goods weighing up to 50 kg ergonomically and at a high cycle frequency. Its control handle fits comfortably in your hand, allowing for long, fatigue-free operation. With the intuitive two-button control, you can lift, lower and release the load dynamically and in a controlled manner and suspend loads at any height. Its extensive features make the JumboFlex a versatile all-rounder. The vacuum gripper can be quickly swapped using a quick-change system as standard. With the optional swiveling function, laterally sucked-in workpieces automatically swivel back to a horizontal position and can be rotated endlessly in this position.

JumboFlex Weight-Control

With the integrated weighing device, loads can be lifted and weighed in a single movement (always including SRC).

JumboFlex Safety+

Particularly safe thanks to two-handed operation for release. Adjustable, reduced lowering speed, e.g. for sensitive components or for applications with a handicap.

JumboFlex Quick-Release

Allows loads to be deliberately released during the lifting process by means of an additional release lever. Used, for example, in baggage handling at airports.

JumboFlex with compressed air feed-through

Pneumatic grippers can be supplied with compressed air via the compressed air connection on the operator handle.

JumboFlex Battery

Gripper and tube lifter as a complete unit for handling starter batteries in the automotive industry. Different lid geometries, sizes and loads of up to 27 kg can be handled with the complete system.
