Travel Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Aurora Process Solutions Ltd whose registered office is at Columbo St, Frankton, New Zealand.

The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over except employees of Aurora Process Solutions Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee necessary to enter this competition.

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To enter the competition, individuals must make a purchase of $10,000 AUD/NZD or over from Aurora Process Solutions Ltd during the competition period. Each eligible purchase will receive one entry into the competition per $10,000 spent.

The voucher will be presented to the winner once equipment deposit has been received by Aurora.

The competition period begins on May 2nd, 2023, and ends on June 30th, 2023. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

The winner of the competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by Aurora Process Solutions Ltd. The draw will take place on July 7th, 2023. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

The prize is a $5000 travel voucher, which can be used towards any flights, accommodation, or tours booked through a travel vendor selected by Aurora. The prize must be redeemed by June 30th, 2024. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
