Automatic shrink wrapper using heat-shrinkable film for packaging bags with square block bottom, bricks and cases arriving vertically on the infeed belt. Ideal for medium and high production.

The MF-V series shrink wrapper, offered in models 80 and 120, is a continuous-motion packaging system engineered for wrapping square-bottom bags, bricks, and vertically oriented cases using heat-shrink film.

The MF BUNDLEE-V shrink wrapper consists of three main components:

Row Formation Unit: This section includes a receiving carousel for incoming bags, a sorting mechanism to align products into two rows, and a pneumatic pusher that transfers paired items onto the bundle pre-forming conveyor.
Film Sealing Unit: Heat-shrink film is fed from two reels and wrapped around the product bundle. A sealing bar then seals the film edges securely.
Heat-Shrink Tunnel: In the final stage, the sealed bundle passes through a tunnel where adjustable temperature and speed settings—controlled via a user-friendly panel—ensure a clean, consistent shrink-wrap finish.
