The Pouch 3000 is an open-mouth or square-bottom stand-up pouch filler with intermittent motion.

It is an automatic solution that ensures high outputs of up to 3000 bags/hour for small and medium formats from 300 grams to 5 kg.

It can package different types of products including kibble, dried fruits and snacks.

The association with volumetric dosing units and multi-head weighers guarantees versatility, precision and rapid packaging.

In addition, it allows the creation of a fully integrated production and packaging line.

Structure made of 304 stainless steel, complete serviceability, and conformity to FDA regulations to guarantee the prevention of any form of possible contamination.

The discharge of the intended amount of product, which follows the bag as it moves along a semicircular curve, guarantees a remarkable packaging speed.

The ‘step-by-step’ motion is obtained by a chain driven with a brushless servomotor.

Special vibrating devices, installed on the lower conveyors, facilitate the filling process.

The package is closed by multi-sealing stations and subsequent cooling station.

The modular design of the unit allows it to be combined with any of the additional devices, including:

Opening and closing adhesive applicators
